Let’s face it, diets don’t work, in fact, diets make you fat! Some people are willing to try every fad diet that comes along, yet they never keep the weight off for long, why is that?…… because, as soon as they stop using the diet, they put all the weight they lost back on, with 20% interest!

It is so easy, when our metabolism slows down as we leave our youth behind, or have a baby, to gain that unwanted weight.

I offer a four week programme with follow-up support. By receiving my instructions under hypnosis, using the recordings provided and reducing how much you eat, people typically lose about 5-8 pounds in the first week. Following that, weight loss is usually a steady and sustainable 1-2 pounds per week, providing you stick to the programme.

Virtual Gastric Band Therapy - As part of the four week programme you may receive virtual gastric band 'surgery'. Using hypnosis, I give you a virtual operation to install a gastric band, reducing the size of your stomach. This has the effect of convincing your mind that your stomach is much smaller than it is, meaning your hunger is satisfied with smaller portions. So, the best news is that, within reason, you can eat what you like! Cake, 3 times a day is not recommended, however.
